We process your data based on:

• Contract: to provide the service you signed up for (account, voyages, messaging).
• Legitimate interest: to maintain platform security, prevent abuse, and improve the service.

• Supabase (database & authentication) — hosted in the EU.
• Vercel (hosting) — global CDN with edge functions.
• Cloudflare (DNS, security, Turnstile captcha) — global network.
• Resend (transactional emails) — for signup notifications.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
